This is the title
Hey guys~
i know some of you are wondering why the sudden breaking up into 2 big groups, and how the split is decided -- whether it's by standard, fitness level, etc.
well, we split you guys up into 2 different groups cuz after observation, we realised that several of you have different major strengths and weaknesses. and that's the reason for the different grouping -- so we can hone your weaknesses. (:
yup! so regardless of which group you're in, do try your best during training yah?

Competition at Taka
hello guys!
guess you prolly know about the competition some of the seniors are taking part in this weekend (12 and 13 may)..
as for tomorrow, saturday.. if you're meeting us before going..
it's 4.30p.m. at orchard mrt control ya.
do tell us whether you'd be meeting us or not..
as for those going alone, the comp will start at 6pm at the fountain area outside taka.
if there're any questions/probs.. contact me at 96604503. (:

COMPETITION THIS SAT!
hello guys! (:
as most of you prolly already know..
ujin, peixin and purple are taking part in a comp this weekend at taka.
was wondering if any of you are interested in going to watch and such.
would be good exposure.
anyway.. those who see this post and are interested in going, please tag.
we'd be filling you guys in on thursday's training about the time and place to meet, so we can go together!
also, as we've told you during training just now..
it'd be great if you could get your handwraps and mouth piece asap.
groin guards for the guys too.
handwraps can be gotten at everlast or liang seng marina square.
once again, questions? tag.

NP Kickbox
Forget the streets, it's the ring.
Since its establishment in January 2003, NP Kungfu, better known as NP Kickbox, has undergone a series of changes for it to be what it is today.
NP Kickbox focuses its training Muay Thai.
Our members include those who'd like to pick up the sport for self-defense, as well as those who love the thrill of fighting in competitions. Fight now, hurt later - the adrenaline rush one gets in a fight is incomparable to any other.
