NP Kickbox focuses its training on San Da and Muay Thai. While both martial arts employ the use of punches and kicks, the vital difference between the two is that San Da, also known as Chinese Kickboxing, encourages the use of slamming and wrestling. Muay Thai, referred to as "The Art of the Eight Limbs" utilises elbows and knees extensively.
