Training!!
HELLO PEOPLE.
Training will resume on this tuesday (30/06/09) 6.00pm.
Training Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Venues: Tuesday(*Green Patch), Wednesday(* Green patch) and Thursday( GrandStand near our club house)
Time: 6.00pm to 9pm.
Stuffs To Bring On Wednesday and Thursday: skipping rope, tennis balls, Running shoes, handwraps and mouth pieces (optional for Freshies!).
Seniors must bring their mouth pieces and handwraps.
haha..That for now

Inter-tertiary Muay Thai Tournament 2009
Inter-tertiary Muay Thai Tournament 2009
When: Saturday, Jun 27, 2009
Where: SP Sports Hall
Description: Event starting at 9am to 6pm!
Those interested can come and watch. Those interested in helping can either call or sms me(Please tell me your name yeah,thanks ). We need people on that day to help out from 9am to 6pm. Volunteers will be assigned with duties on that day itself by Darren or me.
CCA points will be awarded for those who helped out.
I know this is of short notice but i also knew about it last minute too! Thanks for understanding!!
Although we are not participating this time, it would be beneficial to come down to watch so as to see the standards of other schools,enjoy some fights before school reopens(#$!@$) and find out how such tournaments are held. Not forgetting, it will be nice to lend us a helping hand on the day itself!

Time for training will be on 6pm to 8.30pm plus.
Be on time guys. I mean 6pm sharp!!

CAMP STUFF!
Hello guys!
Do remember that our camp is this coming Wednesday - Friday , 17 -19 June 2009! You are supposed to be at the Green patch near the snack bar by 8.30 am on Wednesday, 17 June 2009.
As for the Camp Checklist, please check previous posts for more details.

Mass Training at SMU!!
Hey!
As requested by darren our coach, there will be a mass training session for all school (under Fight G) at SMU date not confirm. There will be a fee of $5.50 for each people, for banner and refreshment.
It is complusory for all members to go attend the training session.
I will keep updating you guys on this event again.

Do note that when it said "Enough to last 3D2N" is just a guideline, you're welcome to bring more/less garments. Just.... PLEASE DON'T STINK UP THE ROOM.
No harm of bringing more garments =D

PLEASE BRING WATER BOTTLE. Guide 500ml of water bottle.

Consent Form!!

This is for those who have not summit/get their consent form for the Camp.
Those who have not handed in their consent forms. They have to be handed lastest by 12 June 2009 before 9.30am. Slot the consent forms under the door of our club house.
(For those who do not know where are our club house)

I know common test is next week so this week training is your last training before the common test.
The next training sessions will start on our training camp 17/06/09(wednesday) - 19/06/09(friday).
Those who have not take the consent form from me or have not handed me the form.
Please get it from/give it to me either by tomorrow(3/06/09) or thursday(4/06/09) before 6.15pm at the club house. If i not there, just wait for me or you sms me. Mostly i will be there.
I will update on the blog on what stuffs need to bring for the camp before common test.

and in real life i was like -.-

Since its establishment in January 2003, NP Kungfu, better known as NP Kickbox, has undergone a series of changes for it to be what it is today.
NP Kickbox focuses its training Muay Thai.
